The East Frame Residential Development, spanning six central blocks between Manchester Street and Madras Street, will eventually provide up to 900 homes, located either side of the 60m wide Rauora Park. Rau Paenga is overseeing the development, in conjunction with Fletcher Living and other residential developers, and as the formerly branded Ōtākaro designed and delivered the large central city park. The first 582 homes are either completed or currently under construction.
