The Ministry of Education is partnering with Rau Paenga to deliver 44 teaching spaces to nine schools in the Auckland region, as part of the Ministry’s Roll Growth Programme.
These teaching spaces are expected to be ready to use by Term 1 2025, to support the rapidly growing population in these areas.
Rau Paenga is overseeing the entirety of the delivery lifecycle, from managing the design and consenting phases to overseeing construction, delivery, commissioning, and the successful handover of the classrooms. Rau Paenga is also responsible for monitoring health and safety, cost, schedule, quality, and risk for this portion of the Ministry’s Roll Growth Programme.
